Question: When I place and order for an item what is the next process, when will I know when to receive the item(s)?
Answer: When an order is placed and payment has been cleared we will process and ship your order. All orders are processed on Fridays unless the order is a RUSH ORDER. Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number via email. This way you as the client can track your order. If for some reason you have provided the wrong address or gave incorrect information, you as the client will be responsible for calling the shipping company whether it is UPS , USPS, or FEDEX to provide correct shipping information. You as the client will also be responsible or any and all extra shipping charges that may occur. A Day to Remember is not responsible for calling shipping companies and correcting the information or is responsible for extra shipping charges that occur unless it was an error on our part.
Question: What is your return policy - For Refunds?
Answer: When receiving a package that is damaged or sounds damaged, sign and accept the package from the shipping company. DO NOT SEND BACK TO SENDER, this will result in Return Processing Fees and shipping fees that you the client will be responsible for, and you may not not be refunded properly. Return Processing Fee will be a flat fee of $50 along with all and any shipping fees. Below you will find steps to report or return item(s)
1.Accept the package and review all contents of the order immediately after receiving. Take a photo of the damaged item(s) and send to email@example.com along a)with your Name b) Address, c) Product description d) quanity of item(s) damaged e) date you need these by.
If there are any issues/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention within 3 days (not business days) of receiving so we can resolve the issue for you. The first day is counted as the day it is delievered. If after 3 days of you the client not reporting the issue it will be void no exceptions. All of the above information along with photos must reach our email by the 3rd day before 4pm EST. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please keep time zones in mind!
All returns for refunds will be required a 30% restocking fee of merchandise costs no exceptions! NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: PERSONALIZED ITEMS, INCLUDING CUSTOMIZED FAVORS. Returnable items must be received by us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it's expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resalable, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned. No refunds will be offered for orders past 7 days, unfortunately. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Orders that are placed overseas will not be subject for a refund unless items are damaged. Shipping costs are not refundable.
There are no refunds for Special Orders or Rush Orders. No exception. We recommend purchasing samples to avoid Returns.
However if you contacted us in the alloted time and for any reason can not send you a free replacement, whether the item is backordered or discontinued etc. we will refund you the cost of the item the cost refunded would be the cost you paid at the time you placed the order .
Question: How long does it take to receive a credit to my account?
Answer: A credit to your account will be credited thru pay-pal only once we have received the necessary items. Please allow 7-10 Business days after receiving the items for processing. This is standard procedure and we can not rush a refund.
Question: I need an item(s) right away, can you send me a rush shipment?
Answer: Yes we can! A rush shipment is any order that is placed 3 weeks or less before your event date. Shipping costs will be determined from your location and the date you need them. You will be charged shipping costs according to UPS/FEDEX. There is also a $40 charge added to any rush orders with no exceptions. All Rush Orders must be placed via email or phone do not place the order via internet. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us directly. However we do not receive returns for Rush Orders.
Question: Do you ship outside the US?
Answer: Yes we do! We only take orders for outside the US via phone or email as our shipping calculator does NOT calculate shipping correctly. All customers are responsible for duty and taxes. A Day to Remember is not responsible for customs not releasing a package on time for your event. In this case if you are ordering overseas we recommend ordering at least 2 months before the date you need them by. A Day to Remember is not responsible for customs holding a package due to inspection or to collect duty & taxes from the client. If you are returning an item overseas please abide by our Return Policy located at the top of this page.
